Process Intelligence, Associate Business Analyst – Operations IT

The Process Intelligence Platform in AstraZeneca provides a globally standardised toolset to support Continued Process Verification (CPV) across our formulation sites. AZ IT are expanding the support to the CPV business process and IT toolset, Discoverant by Biovia, in our Americas Region.

As a member of the Global Factory Operations team in IT, the Process Intelligence Business Analyst will work with the Lead Business Analyst to analyse and clarify requirements, collaborate with the Discoverant Dev Ops delivery team, and support user acceptance testing across the Business Process Champions from 7 Americas sites.

Required experience:

The role holder will ideally have experience of gathering business requirements and working with remote IT delivery teams to deliver excellent business results. Experience of Pharmaceutical Formulation processes and how IT Systems such as Discoverant, LIMS, MES and SAP support those processes is also valuable in this position.

The Associate Business Analyst has experience performing business analysis and design either alone delivering small scale business change activities; or as a contributor to a large scale or global business change.

Responsibilities:

The role will partner with the Business Relationship Manager or Business Analyst colleagues to support the development of business cases, assist in business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.
