AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP Safety Specialist in Warsaw, Poland
To our office in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Safety Specialist who will:
Support the MCP and Country Management Team (CMT) in delivering the requirements of Global SHE Programme. Support the CD on providing assurance on the adequacy of the SHE Management System and Improvement plan.
Co-ordinate the development and the implementation of procedures and processes reflecting the requirements of Global SHE and the Local Health and Safety Legislation.
Liaise with the Regional SHE support team (via webex, teleconference, video conference and e-room) and report quarterly against the actions in the improvement plan.
Maintain awareness of SHE risks
Act as CMT Drive Success sponsor and works closely with the MC DriveSuccess champion to:
Develop and implement Drive Success Program
To continuously monitor, analyze and share learnings
To report respective KPIs
Higher education and two years’ experience in safety, health and environment related fields is a MUST.
Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, resources, performance targets and project initiatives in a global environment.
Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as proven collaboration and interpersonal leadership skills.
Good command of English.
