We are recruiting a

National Sales Manager Brilique®- Switzerland

Your main tasks:

  • The position reports directly to the Business Unit Director CVMD.

  • You coach, motivate and support your Key Account Manager Team to ensure excellent in-field execution through Sales Force Effectiveness

  • You are the lead in ensuring a comprehensive Key Account Management approach is appropriately developed in all Regions

  • You are overall responsible for the territory planning and activities with Customers to support achievement of your sales targets Nationally and Regionally

  • You give field and competitive intelligence input to the Marketing team to help to define the marketing strategy

  • You enjoy cultivating contacts with opinion leaders and representing our company at international and national congresses.

Your profile:

  • Scientific educational background

  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (>8 years) with ideally experience as people manager

  • You are an innovative, goal-oriented personality with high self-motivation

  • As a strong motivator and team player you like to set a good example in leadership

  • You are confident and professional - you think and act entrepreneurially and are strongly market- and result-oriented

  • Languages: stylistically confident German as well as good working knowledge of French and English
