National Sales Manager Brilique®- Switzerland
Your main tasks:
The position reports directly to the Business Unit Director CVMD.
You coach, motivate and support your Key Account Manager Team to ensure excellent in-field execution through Sales Force Effectiveness
You are the lead in ensuring a comprehensive Key Account Management approach is appropriately developed in all Regions
You are overall responsible for the territory planning and activities with Customers to support achievement of your sales targets Nationally and Regionally
You give field and competitive intelligence input to the Marketing team to help to define the marketing strategy
You enjoy cultivating contacts with opinion leaders and representing our company at international and national congresses.
Scientific educational background
Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (>8 years) with ideally experience as people manager
You are an innovative, goal-oriented personality with high self-motivation
As a strong motivator and team player you like to set a good example in leadership
You are confident and professional - you think and act entrepreneurially and are strongly market- and result-oriented
Languages: stylistically confident German as well as good working knowledge of French and English
