We are recruiting a

Capabilities Excellence Manager

In this role you are working within the HR Department and in close collaboration with the Business, to define and implement plans and initiatives to build and strengthen the right set of commercial and medical capabilities to support our current and future business needs.

Your main tasks/ key accountabilities

  • Engaging with the business stakeholders to define and shape the capabilities development plan in the areas of Marketing, Medical and Sales to support continuous improvement of our teams

  • Recommending and implementing training initiatives in line with the agreed plan and in line with Regional and Global priorities

  • Define and implement effective measurement and assessment in place to assess the business value achieved

  • Managing the relation with Global commercial, marketing & medical excellence teams

  • Providing inputs on how to translate the strategy and desired level of capabilities into action

  • Defining, tracking and managing capabilities development budget

  • Managing relations with vendors, in collaboration with Procurement team

In this position, you will be reporting to the HRD.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree education level required. Master degree is desirable

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience. Previous experience in Commercial or Sales role is desirable

Skills and other prerequisites

  • Knowledge of the Pharma business

  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Strong oral, written and listening skills that are demonstrated through effective communication with colleagues and customers.

  • Ability to set and manage priorities, resources, goals and project initiatives

  • High level of motivation and proactivity

  • Fluency in German and English. French is desirable

  • Interpersonal skills – customer oriented, collaborative and reliable
