We currently have a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity available for a Human Resources Advisor to join our HR Services function in North Ryde. Reporting into the ANZ HR Services Lead, this is a varied and fast paced role supporting our Manufacturing & Supply site as well as our Commercial Business (900 employees in total). Depending on business requirements, the role may be extended or converted into a permanent position.

The responsibilities in this role will include:

• Answering HR queries from employees on subjects such as payroll, leave, policies and systems

• Generating employment letters and contracts

• Data entry for the HRIS system (Workday)

• Payroll assistance, compliance and reporting

• HR reporting such as headcount, turnover and leasing information

You will have experience working in HR dealing with a mixture of queries. Your knowledge and experience of the Australian HR legislation and standards will be key to success in this role as will good communication skills. You will have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (or related), a positive approach and you have excellent customer service skills.
