As part of our growing plans, we have created a new role within the IT Operations team, for a Business Relationships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with internal customers to build an in-depth understanding of business priorities and gain early insight into changing needs. You will enable customers to leverage value from IT services, capabilities and innovations. The role will drive the delivery of innovative business solutions to create maximum competitive advantage and ensures the effective delivery of local and global projects to the site.
Key Accountabilities include:
Build strong relationships with the customer group, developing a deep understanding of the business, future direction, changes and needs and assess and prioritise projects in line with IT strategy and business expectations
Develop and maintain the plan, including accurate demand planning, and effective delivery of the plan.
Lead the creation of business impact assessments, risk assessments, and business readiness plans to determine the impacts of changes on business teams and processes.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, working collaboratively with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of service and delivery of projects
focus on service and project escalations and issues, driving correct teams to resolve and manage to business satisfaction.
Lead high-level investigations on requirements specifications and feasibility studies and advise on practical alternatives
Focus on continuous improvement initiative to drive user experience, technology capability, and process improvements.
Proactively identify opportunities for IT to deliver innovative solutions to challenges where leading edge technological innovations can be deployed to business advantage.
Your skillset should include:
Knowledge of bio-pharma leading edge trends, relevance for adoption and implementation of IT innovative solutions
Experience working in highly regulated Environments (e.g. GxP).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa
Strong influencing, networking and team working skills, including working in global teams.
Project management skills, knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
