JOB SUMMARY

Through data-driven analysis to assess field force performance and effectiveness, identify issues/opportunities for improvement and deliver key findings to relevant stakeholders to drive improvement on sales force effectiveness. Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics to assessment. Support internal sales performance and promotion activity data management and provide relevant rereports. Lead the sales target setting and FTE deployment projects and provide the senior management team recommendations accordingly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan 50%

  • Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess performance

  • Create the analytical tool/report

  • Communicate with internal and external to better leverage the data

  • Facilitate for the training of the regular sales report/procedure to internal customers and SF, to ensure resources are well understood and conduct by SF.

Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to the sales team on territory management 30%

  • Provide hospital and physician potential identification

  • Provide call planning and work load estimation

  • Optimize sales force sizing and territory setting and FTE allocation

  • Develop analytical report on field force productivity & resource allocation

Sales operation Maintenance 15%

  • Manage territory setting and target allocation process

  • Regular system maintenance

  • Change management

Procedure and Project support 5%

  • Review and Fine-tune current operation procedures
