Based in AstraZeneca Nordic-Baltic Marketing Company (MC) Office in Södertälje.
AstraZeneca has a long heritage in respiratory disease with 40 years of experience and a strong franchise of marketed products. Our efforts to find ground-breaking medicines and to develop new technologies are underpinned by a deep understanding of the biology of respiratory diseases and our extensive experience in primary care medicine.
Our current respiratory portfolio includes Turbuhaler products Symbicort® and Pulmicort® as well as COPD treatments, Eklira® and Duaklir®. Recently, in 2016, the first Pearl™ product Bevespi Aerosphere™ was approved by FDA.
The Swedish Brand Manager, is essential for developing and implementing the Swedish tactics for the existing inhaled respiratory portfolio as well as planning for upcoming launches in asthma and COPD. The role will report to the Inhaled Franchise Lead and be part of the successful Swedish LIT team as well as a high performing Nordic team of experienced Brand Managers.
Drive and execute local brand activities together with local implementation team
Drive Nordic projects in the Inhaled respiratory portfolio for implementation across NOBA
Develop local marketing materials based on agreed overall strategy – co-develops campaigns, aligns key messages and manages the local production agencies
Generate market insight together with local implementation team and the business unit
Deliver local brand & campaign trainings to field force
Follow up on operational plans
Manage relationships with local Key External Experts in collaboration with Medical and HCA
5+ years of pharma marketing and sales experience in Sweden (DFC experience)
Bachelors Degree or equivalent, e.g. in Marketing or science
Excellent communication skills - fluent written and spoken English
Confirmed project leading capabilities
Strong personal drive
Good knowledge in market ethical rules
Respiratory experience is a plus but not essential.
