Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations (S&O), as the Project Coordinator you will perform both administrative and high-level project execution duties. Which can involve executive level contact globally, in a dynamic and complex business environment with sensitive and confidential information. This role requires you to be pro-active and creative, adding value by ensuring the GMA Respiratory team can deliver on the GMA vision to bring innovative medicines to patients.
In this role you will assist operations and manage administrative and operational support for the Head of Strategy and Operations and GMA Respiratory Leadership and the medical function; manage procurement inputs and support S&O on budget management, and run special projects for LT and S&O, independently & pro-actively resolve issues & challenges . You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, including - GMA VP, S&O, Procurement Business Partner, medical function members (Medical Affairs Leaders, etc.), cascading communication and contribute to knowledge sharing and managing other specific respiratory/medical projects as required
• Graduate level of education (Life Science Background preferred)
• Strong interest in working in a Pharmaceutical/ Drug Development environment
• Interest in broad range of operational activities, processes and procedures
• Proficiency in English
• Be flexible in a changing environment
• Capable of proactively prioritizing and managing activities in high volume environment
• Communicates effectively and confidentially with local and global leadership
• Ability to work across functions and geographies
• Project Management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite, in particular Oulook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Integrity and high ethical standards
