Responsible for LMS operations including compliance, logistics, metrics and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Training Client Service Leads and partners to support the implementation and sustainment of Learning and Development programs and initiatives
Provide guidance for and ensures compliance in cGMP training practices, learning management system, and documentation
Support regulatory agency inspections/audits
Participate in quality system activities including internal audits, inspection preparation and change control
Lead the implementation, scheduling and logistics, and documentation of technical and cGMP training initiatives.
Manage administrative aspects of the Learning Management database including curriculum development/assignments, service requests, e-content implementation, scheduling, data mining, data entry, and documentation
Periodically perform audits of the learning management system.
Monitor and report effectiveness of Learning and Development Programs
Liaise with training colleagues, clients, and vendors to identify training initiatives or improvements
Interface with other sites/departments as needed to provide guidance on the Learning Management System, curriculum architecture and compliance. Partner with Training Client Services Leads to create/modify training curricula for all levels in the organization
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, standards and procedures of current GMPs and manufacturing environment
Full knowledge of industry practices related to the learning management system
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems
Refers to established precedents and policies and applies them to problem solving

Bachelors or Master Preferred
BA/BS 6-9 years, Masters 4-7 years
