The Nordic-Baltic (NOBA) Marketing Company employs around 450 people across 7 countries and has offices located in Södertälje, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. By 2025 AstraZeneca NOBA aims to become a recognised leader in its core therapy areas and thus improve the lives of millions of people. As Nordic Brand Manager Oncology you will contribute to AstraZeneca’s oncology business, one of our key growth platforms. You will take on the responsibility to lead the strategic brand plan development in the Nordic Cross-functional Brand Team and coordinate market activities across the Nordic countries connected to the assigned brands in one of our core tumor type areas; Breast, Lung and Ovarian cancer as well as Haematology and Immuno-Oncology. As Nordic Brand Manager you will play a major part in bringing our innovative medicines to the market for the benefit of the patients.
Person in this role
Drives and executes local brand activities together with local implementation team
Develops local marketing material based on agreed overall strategy – co-develops campaigns, aligns key messages and manages the local production agencies
Drives specific Nordic business unit initiatives according to individual’s interest and skills
Manages the local PR agencies and patient organizations
Generates market insight together with local implementation team for the business unit
Delivers local brand & campaign trainings
Follows up of operational plans and provides Segmentation & Targeting guidance for sales force
Manages relationships with local Key External Experts in collaboration with Medical and HCA
In order to succeed in the role you have
A marketing/finance/science or pharmacy degree
Demonstrated several years of pharma marketing or sales experience
Experience in the area of oncology
Proven a strong sense for strategic planning and execution
Confirmed project leading capabilities
Good knowledge in market ethical rules & health care systems
Excellent communication skills - fluent written and spoken English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, e.g. in Marketing
Experience from multicultural business environment
Insight of market access work
