Candidate Knowledge, Skills and Experience


Successful candidates will have expertise in Collaboration technologies and will have previously operated in an enterprise wide support environment with 2-4 years’ experience.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate successful technical issue resolution that provided clear business value.

Specifically, candidates will have proven experience in a significant number of the following technical areas:

  • Administration of Cloud Storage (e.g., Electronic Signatures (e.g. DocuSign), and / or other related collaboration technologies such SharePoint Online/OneDrive and Nintex.

  • Resolution of Incidents to the required SLA’s.

  • Ability to troubleshoot desktop and mobile apps used with collaboration tools.

  • Understanding of windows and/or IOS operating system and use of mobile devices.

  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes.

  • Application of hotfixes and performance of scheduled maintenance activities.

  • Creation & maintenance of system documentation including assistance and guidance to end-users.

Essential personal skill will include:

  • Ability to communicate with business users and other Service teams at all levels in a professional manner

  • Demonstrate leadership in the resolution of business user incidents and service creation

  • Have patience, understanding and the ability to proactively take responsibility of the business user’s problems.

  • Have a flexible approach to working as a team player ensuring knowledge is captured and shared.

Desirable Skills will include:

  • Knowledge and experience with cloud storage SaaS, including administration & app support.

  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online/ OneDrive/Nintex technologies & application support.

  • Capable to understand the existing SharePoint On-premises platform (SP2010 and SP2013) and troubleshoot.

  • Should be able to support in customizations ( .JS/jQuery/XSLT) and app parts and web parts.

  • Knowledge in handling Nintex forms and workflows Issues and provide support.

  • Knowledge & experience with DocuSign electronic signature SaaS, including administration & use case development.

  • Experience using Service Now.

  • Good understanding of LAN, WAN or WLAN and TCP/IP protocol.

  • Microsoft Active Directory support, deployment, migration & configuration experience.

  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional.

  • Microsoft desktop applications support experience.
